EAST LOCALITY

We are proud to have specialist staff that are dedicated to supporting Voluntary and Community organisations across the East of the borough. This new model of Locality Leads, funded by Walsall Council and the Black Country Intergrated Care Board, ensures that Voluntary and Community organisations of all sizes can receive support and guidance from teams who are experts in the sector and understand the uniqueness of their locality.

• Enhancing promotion and gaining more recognition for your activities.

• Accessing a wider range of local, regional and national funding opportunities.

• Exploring various income streams and alternative models such as crowd funding.

• Improving efficiencies and sustainability.

• Recruiting and providing support for volunteers.

• Establishing policies and documentation.

• Crafting project ideas.

• Training sessions and networking events.
